We have an experienced team of project analysts that will determine if a business case is as risk by evaluating the business and any legal, commercial or environmental liabilities. Formal risk mitigation plans are established and closely monitored. Laguna Pacific can also finance selected portions of the project, or arrange for comprehensive financing. We employ incentive analysis and by obtaining federal, state and/or municipal grants and bonds, development incentives, or maximizing tax breaks, we are able to improve our client‚ business case significantly.
