Pre-development

Laguna Pacific provides a host of pre-development services including site planning and financial analysis.

During site planning, Laguna Pacific meets with city officials and community groups on our client‚Äôs behalf to solicit opinions on projects. This helps determine political sensitivities and potential obstacles that a project may need to overcome. To do this, we employ architects and other consultants to prepare preliminary designs, outline specifications and other design parameters for construction. Our land investigation analysis ensures the highest and best use of our clients’ property.

During the financial analysis phase of a project, Laguna Pacific will prepare a thorough and accurate financial feasibility study. We analyze the entire project, from inception to build-out, and will provide 20 years proformas if necessary. We also prepare financing packages to assist with obtaining construction and permanent loans. Laguna Pacific will create reports during the due diligence period, including:
