As a design/build contractor, Laguna Pacific works with our clients to select the architect in the early design phase. We act as the client representative and work with the architect to construct a successful project throughout its entire life cycle. We perform a subcontractor selection and continue to supervise until the project is complete. Pre-construction services include estimating, cost control, scheduling and value engineering; and are done as a normal part of the design/build contract.
