Laguna Pacific master developed The Pier’s overall design, engineering, entitlement, and infrastructure project; as well as managed the financing structure for the improvement district bond financing. The scope of work consists of 27.3 acres and the overall development is valued at $1.5 billion, The Pier I is a mixed-use urban infill development on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Arizona. The property offers approximately 3.7 million square feet of business, entertainment, retail, and dining venues; residential enclaves; hotel and luxurious hospitality services; and public promenades and plazas. Laguna Pacific also master developed Pier II at Tempe Town Lake, which consists of 9.4 acres adjacent to the 27.3 Pier I at Tempe Town Lake Development. That project accounts for a planned 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use retail, office, hotel and residential development. Both projects combined encompass over 5 million square feet of master plan development on Tempe Town Lake and is valued at $2 billion.
