    LP/GAS Engineering is familiar with the factors involved in a street project including, but not limited to, geometric design, relocation of storm sewer systems, coordination with existing or planned utilities, medians, traffic signalization, street lighting, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, pavement design, and stream crossings. Additionally, when clients need assistance, we can help find financing. We have experience applying for Community Development Block Grants and developing Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) plans. From beginning to end, our engineers will assist you in completing a successful project.
