Risk Analysis is an important part of the service
we provide. A borrower’s business plan must allow sufficient
contingencies for risk or the financing institution will not
respond favorably. We begin by evaluating your business, legal,
commercial and environmental liabilities. Formal Risk Mitigation
plans are established and closely monitored. We can finance
selected portions of the project, or arrange for comprehensive
financing to address a complete new facility. By using Incentive
Analysis, obtaining federal, state and / or municipal grants,
development incentives, or by maximizing tax breaks, we are
able to improve your business
case significantly.

regular and Independent Project Reviews (IPR).

or equipment, we will provide a full-service Master Agreement
