The Pier at Tempe Town Lake

The Pier is the City of Tempe’s newest proposed mixed-use retail development that will add to the re-defined character of Tempe Town Lake. The site is approximately twenty seven acres and is proposed to have over two million square feet of retail, residential and hospitality service areas. In addition the site will also possess parking for over five thousand cars including both surface and below ground garages. The Pier consists of eight parcels that will be the platform for several different entities to the project, most of which will have ground level retail with residential or office above in varying heights from four story low rise buildings to high-rise  condominiums.

One of four focal points on the site soaring over the lake at twenty plus stories is the four-star hotel that towers over the lake. The  other magnificent structures that add to the projects mystique will be twenty plus stories of architectural gems that will offer high-rise residential condominiums mixed use retail live/workunits in the lower floors. The hospitality that the Pier will offer both guests and  residents alike will be a world class six thousand square foot spa. In addition to  the elevated structures the promenade will present over thirty thousand  square  feet of retail and restaurants overlooking the breath taking views of  Tempe Town Lake and mountain vistas.
