As your Design / Build contractor, Laguna Pacific JVC Builders will work with the owner to select the architect in the early design phase. We’ll be the owner’s representative and work with the architect to construct a successful project throughout the entire project life-cycle. We’ll perform a subcontractor selection and continue to supervise until the project is completed. Pre-construction services that include estimating, cost control, scheduling and value engineering are done as a normal part of the design / build contract. The advantage of a “design/build” team is unique in that it brings value to the client through incentives that save money and time, and ensures a quality project through a single-source, with improved risk management and a lower incident of contract modifications, claims, and litigation.
