The primary function of Entitlement is to bring together all the documents, permits, studies, and surveys required to develop a viable working project. LP/GAS Engineering offers Entitlement Services to obtain all required governmental approvals in the most cost and time-efficient manner possible. Our task while providing Entitlement Services is to direct the project through the complex and often conflicting review, approval, and permitting processes, while representing the clients’ interests in a positive manner. Our management, staff, and technical associates provide a spectrum of land planning services, working in a cooperative spirit with public agencies to effectively process and entitle development projects.


During the Entitlement process, we determine all project approval parameters and processes by investigating local, state, and national development requirements. We then prepare all of the required submittal materials, using both in house and consultant design capabilities based on the unique requirements of the project. LP/GAS Engineering represents the client at all project meetings, including the critical public hearings. We also provide services related to property due diligence and agency liaison.
