Richard Gorman brings more than 30 years of experience in management and acquisitions with an outstanding record of increasing sales and expanding market penetration and profitability throughout the Southwest United States. Richard’s strong development, communication and team management skills, coupled with his extensive experience in front end project acquisitions, planning/development and entitlement for retail/mixed-use and residential projects makes him an invaluable resource for Laguna Pacific. In addition, his extensive network of seasoned brokers and consultants creates a fast track methodology to identify sites and sources for potential future projects. Richard has vast experiences on large master planned developments, interacting with municipalities concerning zoning uses and the discretionary approval process from start to finish.

Richard has held various Senior Management positions over the years for the Laguna Pacific family of companies, including Executive Vice President, Vice President and Senior Executive Manager for Construction, Engineering, Environmental and Real Estate Development. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Management, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
