Michael Guterman is a co-founder and principal of Highland Realty Capital, Inc., a real estate financing firm, and Boardwalk Property Investors, LLC, a real estate company.

Michael brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to the table. He was a shareholder and Senior Vice President with Buchanan Street Partners, and Vice President at Kennedy-Wilson. In 2005, Michael originated $500 million in financings for all property types that comprised high leveraged acquisitions for value added opportunities; such as condo-conversion, land loans, long-term permanent and construction financials. These loans ranged in size from $4 to $100 million per acquisition.
