Mr. Gorman is a third generation builder developer. He has stood at the helm of Laguna Pacific Companies and its affiliates and partners for over 35 years. In that time, he has been responsible for managing major developments exceeding 50 million square feet of Development and Construction valued at over $10 billion dollars to include: Industrial, Commercial, Entertainment, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, Senior Housing, Hospitality, and Master Planned Mixed Use Sustainable developments. Mr. Gorman oversees Laguna Pacific's affiliates that include Laguna Pacific Properties, Laguna Pacific Builders, LP Group, Laguna Capital and Laguna Energy. Brad Gorman is recognized in today's Real Estate industry as one of the most forward thinking "Green Developers".

He has served a Chairman of the Urban Planning Economic Development Committee of California, and is a member of the Presidents Circle with the California Chamber of Commerce. He is a National Leadership Award recipient with the Business Advisory Council, on which he holds the distinguished position of Honorary Co-Chairman. Brad Gorman has won various awards including Award of Excellence for Best Industrial Project from the National Commercial Builders Council, Golden Tower Award for Best Tenant Industrial Building for the Commercial Industrial Council/BIA and Contractor of the Year Award from both the SBA and NASA.

Mr. Gorman is listed in thenational registry of "Who's Who" as a recognized "Builder of Accomplishment"

Mr. Gorman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach.. He has served on the Board of Directors for several major companies, and is a member of AGC, BIA, ULI, ICSC, DBIA, & CMAA.
