RICH IN HISTORY

Founded in 1924, Laguna Pacific traces its origin back to the Gorman Construction Company, which was originally headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. While our company initially provided consulting, engineering and construction services to the railroad and military sectors, in 1962 we expanded into the Western United States and focused our services on industrial, transportation, manufacturing, and government projects. Today our family of companies has evolved to Laguna Pacific, a privately owned full service real estate and investment, development, and management organization; offering competitive and quality services in all fields to clients across the United States.
