Grant has been a licensed real estate agent since 1977. His real estate brokerage experience, along with over twenty years of work in real estate development, has provided him with an expanded vision of what is involved in taking a real estate project from conception, financial analysis, government approvals, construction, occupancy and management to a viable real estate investment.

Mr. Tayrien is a graduate of Arizona State University. He has a Masters in Business Administration with a special emphasis in real estate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the ASU College of Business.

He is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and California and began his career by selling homes to pay for his schooling. After graduation he entered the commercial real estate field and learned the business by leasing new office and retail projects for a Phoenix developer. He has worked in commercial real estate brokerage for Grubb and Ellis and Kennedy-Wilson International. His development experience has been with Viehmann-Martin and Associates, the developers of Desert Ridge (Phoenix), Geneva Holdings/Starwood Development, the developers of The Biltmore (Phoenix), Legend Trail (Scottsdale), Talega (San Clemente), The Crosby Estate (Rancho Santa Fe) & Winchester Country Club (Meadow Vista) and as a Managing Member of A.T. Meridian Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction and brokerage company.
